Harvard Avenue

Located on one of Salt Lake City, Utah’s most desired streets, our Harvard Avenue Project is a site to behold. A compete remodel using an existing updated foundation. The original exterior double brick walls have been saved and seismically updated for today’s standards. A second story has been added with 9 foot ceiling throughout the entire home. Cozy yet spacious with natural modern materials used both inside and out.
